Important! Your tickets grants you access to the exhibition at the time indicated. You have a 30-minute window after the start of your time slot to enter. For example: if you selected the 10:00–10:30 time slot, you may arrive at 10:20. Please respect your scheduled arrival time.

General info

  • Where is the experience located?

    Dino World is at Palais 2 in Brussels Expo (Place Belge 1, 1020 Bruxelles). 

  • What are your opening hours?

    You can find out via the ticketing link.

    In the month of June, Dino World is open on Wednesdays from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on weekends/holidays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the last entry between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. During the summer vacation, Dino World is open every day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the last entry between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM.

    Open tickets for Dino World can only be used during periods when the experience is open. To plan your visit, please check the dated tickets to verify the days and opening hours. This will ensure the experience is accessible for your visit.

  • What time should I arrive?

    Please check in at the entrance of Expo Dino World during the time slot indicated on your ticket. You may arrive up to half an hour after the time shown on your ticket. For example, if your ticket says 10:00, you can arrive between 10:00 and 10:30.  

  • What does the 30-minute time slot on my ticket mean?

    It means you have 30 minutes to arrive at Dino World. This time slot does not reflect the length of your visit, which typically lasts between 1 hour and 1.5 hours. Please note that the expo closes at 6:00 PM. 

  • How long does a visit at Dino World take?

    The visit lasts between 60 and 75 minutes, but you are welcome to stay as long as you like.

  • Is the Experience suitable for young children?

    Yes, the Experience is designed to be enjoyed by all ages! 

  • Can I bring my dog?

    Pets are not allowed in the Experience, but we welcome guide dogs.

  • Can I take pictures?

    Photos are allowed. However, tripods, selfie sticks, and other accessories that may obstruct other visitors are not permitted.

  • Is there food and drink on site?

    Yes, at the end of the tour there are food options available (both sweet and savory).

  • Is there a shop?

    At the end of the exhibition, there is a shop where you can buy a variety of souvenirs.

  • What should I do if I have a problem with a product bought in the shop, such as a faulty item?

  • What do I do if I've lost an item?

    Lost items are kept at the shop. If you’ve lost something, please send an email to info@expodino.be with a description of the lost item, as well as where and when you lost it. If we find your belongings, we will contact you.

  • Is this Experience the same as in Antwerp or Gosselies?

    The expo has been upgraded since the last time the dinosaurs stopped in Antwerp. Dino World now features a fun new technological addition: with a special wristband, you follow the tour and answer a series of questions. At the end of the tour, you'll discover which dinosaur lives inside you.

Mobility

  • Is there parking at the venue?

    Visitors to Dino World can use the Brussels Expo car parks. Vehicle charging points are also available for your convenience. Find out more. 

  • How do I get to Dino World by public transport?

MY TICKET

  • Is it possible to buy tickets on-site?

    Yes, it is possible to buy tickets on-site if Dino World is not sold out. We invite you to check availability at the ticket counter.

  • Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my smartphone?

    Tickets are scanned at the entrance, either from your smartphone or on paper. We encourage digital ticketing as it is more environmentally friendly.  

  • Can I change my booking time?

    Please contact the TicketLive service. 

  • Can I get a refund for my ticket?

    Once your reservation is made, it is not possible to receive a refund.

  • What do I do if I lose or forget my ticket?

    Please contact the TicketLive service. 

  • I’m running late. Will my ticket still be valid?

    If you arrive outside of your ticketing window, we will try to get you in to the next slot, availability permitting. 

  • What is the difference between a timed entry ticket and an open ticket?

    Timed entry tickets ensure your entry to the Experience within a specific time slot on a given date, while open tickets allow you to turn up at any time within Dino World opening hours. Find out more here.

  • What is the difference between a timed entry ticket and an Explorer timed entry ticket?

    Timed entry tickets ensure your entry to the Experience within a specific time slot on a given date.

  • What is the difference between an open ticket and an open Explorer ticket?

    Open tickets allow you to turn up at any time within Dino World opening hours.

  • Is the virtual reality experience suitable for children?

    To fully enjoy the VR experience, we recommend a minimum age of 4.

Accessibility

  • Does this Experience have disability access?

    Yes, the exhibition is accessible for people with limited mobility. The restrooms are accessible upon request. Please speak to a staff member.

  • Is the Experience accessible for prams and buggies?

RATE

  • How much do tickets cost?

    We invite you to check the prices on the ticketing platform.

  • From what age does an entry charge apply to children?

    There is a charge for children over 2. 

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Bancontact/Payconiq, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro), iDEAL. At the venue, only credit cards are accepted. 

  • Do you accept article 27 vouchers ?

    Visit the ticket counter on-site and ask for the social rate.

  • Do you accept the pass 365?

    Sorry, we don't accept the pass 365

  • Do you accept the teachers card?

    Sorry, we don't accept the teachers card.

  • Do companions have a preferential rate?

    No, companions pay the standard rate.

  • Who can benefit from the school rate at Dino World?

    This type of ticket grants access to DINO WORLD on a specific date and time slot, with a minimum of 10 participants.

    You can also enjoy the Explorer school rate, which includes a 360° virtual reality experience.

    The school rate at Dino World applies to:

    • Youth organizations: Scouts, Chiro, KSA, KLJ, les Guides, la GCB,...
    • Youth culture organizations
  • Visit Dino World through special education schools

    Schools in special education enjoy free access for one supervisor, even if the group has fewer than 10 children. Please send us an email in advance at info@expodino.be.
